What is better than a brownie? A brownie cupcake!!! What is better than a brownie cupcake? A brownie cupcake topped with a roasted marshmallow! YUM!

I used a boxed mix {Betty Crocker with the added Hersey's Syrup to be exact} and substituted applesauce for the oil other than that, I followed the directions. Cook them for 15 minutes and then add a marshmallow to the top of each of them and then cook them an additional 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

One of my most favorite blogs in all of Blogland is Crafterhours, a few days ago, Susan posted a recipe that she found for Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies. One word guys.... YUM!!!
